The institution collects information from all individual/group who are enrolled as students, educators, alumni, parents, sponsors, churches and other stakeholders. The gathered information is for the usage within the institution and for other obligations; such as to accrediting body/agencies, legal matters, government survey and requirements, etc.

Types of Personal Information Collected
​​The institution will collect the following information: Proof of identity, proof of date of birth, proof of temporary/permanent residence, educational credentials, email, contact number, testimonies, medical records, passport/visa (for foreign candidate), baptism credentials, church affiliation, sponsor’s information, ADHAAR (for Indian citizens), and CVs (for employees).
Collection Process

The data of information are collected only via sign-up and application.

The data is collected only in photo copies.
Data Usage

The data are used for the purpose of institution in recruiting/admitting a candidate into particular work/course.

The data are used for registration with the government and accrediting agencies.

The data are used for quality assessment and evaluation.
Competent office for data collection and sharing

Data usage and sharing are done only through the authorized office.

Office of the Dean of Students: This office records the names and contact details of students and respective guardian/parents; this office records the on-going medical records of the students; this office records the application for leaves and other activities of the students.

Office of the Registrar/Administration: This office records all the documents collected during sign-ups and application.

Office collect digital signature of the faculties, and used for digital entry as and where the faculties are involved.

​The institution does not collect information of individuals who like, comment or visit college’s social media handles and website unless specific enquiry is made about the institution.
Data access and restriction

The collected information data is subject to the authorized usage by the competent offices only.

No data will be shared with third party, except works related to government and accrediting bodies.

Students, faculties and staffs cannot access their files or of others without written approval from the Head of the institution.

Any inquiry for information should be forward to the competent office.

Converting of data into electronic format is strictly done for the purpose of data storage.

Any expiry of the information (ID card) provided should be reported/returned to the issuing office.

Seeking duplicate or re-issue of any information should be addressed in application to the Office of the Registrar/Administration.

Any loss of information/document, must product and FIR copy along with the application. (also subject to payment as per the guidelines).

College logo, seal, letterheads, and publications cannot be used without the consent of the competent custodian
Non-compliance and consequences
​​Non-compliance to the guidelines will result in financial fines, legal actions against defaulter and damaged of reputation.
